1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing WealthCompass, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Educational Content Only
All content on WealthCompass is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. We are not licensed financial advisors. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
3. Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Early Expiration of Withdrawal Right
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU, § 356(5) BGB).

5. Intellectual Property
All articles, graphics, and code on WealthCompass are owned by WealthCompass. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login with others. One subscription covers one user.
7. Limitation of Liability
WealthCompass is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any financial losses incurred from acting on our educational content. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
8. Governing Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence additionally apply.
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
